CPM Calculator
Calculate cost per thousand impressions and estimate what a campaign budget can buy. No account needed.

Calculate your CPM
CPM = advertising spend ÷ impressions × 1,000.
How to calculate cost per mille
CPM means the cost of one thousand ad impressions, not one thousand people reached. If a display campaign costs 250 currency units for 100,000 recorded impressions, its CPM is 2.50. A single person can generate multiple impressions.
Use CPM when you want to compare impression-based placements. It says nothing by itself about viewability, clicks, audience suitability or campaign outcomes. Compare inventory quality and campaign objectives too.
Frequently asked questions
Is a lower CPM always better?
No. A lower CPM can buy more impressions, but audience relevance, placement and results may matter more.
Which currency does this tool use?
Any currency. Enter your spend in a single currency; the returned CPM uses that currency.
